1 - IMPORTANT

1a. I reserve the right to accept or deny any and all commissions.1b. People I don’t trust/haven’t paid multiple times/threatened me/were not respectful will be BLACKLISTED. I have the right to refuse to selling to them or interacting in any way. The blacklist is personal but can be provided if you ask for it.1c. All art pieces will be posted (watermarked) to my active social media. You can request to not have them posted. This also applies to speedpaints or videos in general.1d. If you rejected my initial sketch, I am allowed to re-use it for other purposes, including reselling, using it as a YCH or keeping it for myself, and other uses. This does not mean I will re-use your design if I'm not the original designer, only that I'll reuse the wip's posing/framing/theme/etc.1e. I reserve the right to not have my name attached to any commission I've worked on if I wish to not be associate with it (anonymous commissions), however you may not claim a different person other than me or the alternative signature used made the piece. You reserve the right to not have your name attached to any commissions I've worked on for you, and I may not claim that a different person other than you or the aliases given has paid me for the work.

2 - Commercial Rights

2a. You are NOT allowed, under any circumstance, to sell my commissions, designs, customs, art, or ANYTHING I make for NFT (Non-Fungible Token). You are NOT allowed to involve me, my work or my art on anything cryptocurrency, cryptoart, or crypto-anything related. You CANNOT under ANY circumstances "mint", NFT, or otherwise tokenize my art.2b. You are NOT allowed, under any circumstance, to sell or use my commissions, designs, customs, art, or ANYTHING I make for the training or use of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI).2c. You CANNOT claim that you're the artist of a piece I've done.2d. You CANNOT edit my artwork in any way, shape, or form unless I've approved it.2e. You CANNOT resell my artwork by itself, as if you're the artist and it's a painting, even if you don't claim to have made it.2f. If any of these rules are found to be broken you will be blacklisted.2g. I will NOT remove my watermark/signature for any reason whatsoever. Even on an adopt/design, it'll have my watermark/signature somewhere visible. If you edit it out, you will be BLACKLISTED.

3. Will do / wont do's / ask

3a. WILL DO, ALL:- Any bodies, Any gender, Any species, Any size, Furries, Fandom related work.3b. WILL DO, For a fee:- Complex perspective, Armors, Mechas/Sci-fi.3c. WONT DO, ALL:- Any artwork implying or containing bestiality, pedophilia, necrophilia or extreme bodily damage. Scat, Vore, Feet Focus, Discrimination, Amputation, Guro, Extreme Gore.3e. ASK, ALL:- Anything that wasn't explicitly described in my won't do list, complex scenes with multiple characters, mild gore, anonymous commissions.

4. NSFW Terms

4a. MUST be 18+, and show an ID (or similar) with a visible date of birth. Your picture isn’t needed but appreciated. You can block out other info. If if you have other ways of verifying your age, I'll accept them on a case by case basis.4b. Do NOT send personal IRL NSFW (nudes/nude pictures) pictures for reference. If you don’t have an exact ref, always use a google image of a drawing or similar, and guide me to things you want done differently.4c. I reserve the right to refuse to draw any of my own characters in NSFW scenarios with the buyers character(s).

5. Turnaround

5a. If you are in a rush because you want it done by a particular date, I will charge a rush fee. Price starts at US$20.5b. Turnaround depends highly slots filled and whether or not if your work is slotted in the queue, if that is the case, turn around can be around two weeks to two months.5c. The client is allowed any amount of revisions during the sketching phase, however past the sketching stage only minimal changes (colors, details, etc) will be accepted, otherwise I reserve the right to deny unreasonable changes (substantial amount of the artwork needs to be altered), or ask for extra payment for the work.5d. I can choose not to work at any time, due to personal life circumstances, exhaustion, or anything that would render me incapable of drawing, as well as if I haven't had a break in too long.5e. If I start working on your commission WILL tell you, always. All updates will be sent as soon as they're made. There is NO need to ask for updates, or how the commission is going, etc.5f. I have a mandatory break of AT LEAST two days a week.

6. Delivery

6a. Buyer agrees that the product will be delivered digitally to a email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by me. Any other method of delivery,has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method.6b. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a delivery method that works for both parties, I cannot be held accountable for loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files or any other technical problems that might ensue. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Buyer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the buyer lost their files.

7. Payment

7a. Pricing can be viewed clicking here.7b. I cannot offer refunds, unless I cannot complete or even start your commission. Unfortunately, PayPal has some awful exchange rate rules, where when refunding, I'm sending more money than I received, therefore paying you back plus out of pocket.7c. I only take payments in USD and BRL, I'll only accept USD through PayPal invoice, and BRL through PIX. Please send me your email, or PIX information when purchasing so I can send the invoice to you.7d. I accept payments in installments if the installments would be US$50 or more. I will only begin your commission after the first payment has been made.7e. I do NOT accept ANY kind of cryptocurrency, included but not limited to bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, cardano and ANY OTHERS.7f. By paying the commission's invoice you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.7g. You also agree to give up any attempts of charge-back, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the your payment account.7h. You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money or have permission to use it fully.7i. Any attempts of charge-back will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made, and if you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.

8. Custom Designs

8a. You will receive an unwatermarked and high-definition image of the design after payment arrives in my account. That can be emailed, DM'd or delivered by any other method provided by you.8b. You may resell designs made by me, for whatever price you seem fit. Please be reasonable.8c. Your are, however, NOT allowed, under any circumstance, to sell or use my commissions, designs, customs, art, or ANYTHING I make for the training or use of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI).8d. YOU MAY NOT use MY original piece(s) as a way to make profit.8e. You may name it, change it as much as you like, etc. Do whatever you'd like with it, as long as you don't use my art/designs as profit.8f. You are allowed to include my designs REDRAWN by you or other people in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit, as long as you credit me. A % (percentage) of your earnings would be appreciated and can be discussed, although it isn't explicitly needed.8g. You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way. MY art should not be used for profit in any way.8h. I'm willing to make art/designs that will be used for profit if we discuss a profit cut for me and its uses. This will be made into a contract.
